Kevin McLaughlin
CAPT Kevin McLaughlin is a native of Newport Beach, California. He enlisted in the Navy in 1989, completed Navy Nuclear Power School, Prototype, and served as a Nuclear Electronics Technician (ET) before being selected to the Naval Aviation Cadet (NAVCAD) program in 1991. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada and a Master’s Degree from George Washington University.
CAPT McLaughlin was commissioned and designated a Naval Aviator in August 1993. His sea tour assignments include Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 146 aboard USS NIMITZ (CVN 68), VFA-151 Training Officer aboard USS CONSTELLATION (CV 64), VFA-94 Safety, Maintenance, and Operations Officer aboard USS NIMITZ, and VFA-14 Commanding/Executive Officer (CO/XO) aboard USS JOHN C STENNIS (CVN 74). During his Command Tour, VFA-14 won the Battle Efficiency and the 2012 RADM Wade McClusky Awards.
Ashore, CAPT McLaughlin served as a TOPGUN Instructor, a Washington DC Intern Fellow, the Organization Policy Officer at the North American Aerospace Defense/US Northern Command, and the CO of both TOPGUN and STRIKE assigned to the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center. His final tour in the Navy was as the Commander of Strike Fighter Wing, Atlantic which is the Navy’s largest Type Wing with 15 squadrons, 300-plus FA-18’s, and over 7000 people in his charge.
He has over 3700 hours and 900 carrier landings aboard 10 different carriers. Personal awards include the Legion of Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (3), Strike-Flight Air Medal (3), Navy Commendation Medal (3), Joint Staff Achievement Medal, Navy Achievement Medal (4), Good Conduct Medal, the David McCampbell award, the Charles H Bryant Leadership award, and various unit and service awards. He also served as the President of the Tailhook Association, where he remains an Officer, and is currently the President of the TOPGUN Association. He now works for Boeing in Business Development as the Director of Navy Fighters.

Matt General joined e360 in 1992 as Chief Technology Officer and transitioned to Chief Operating Officer in 2018. During his tenure with the company, Matt has leveraged his vast industry experience as a member of e360’s leadership team, helping the award-winning enterprise technology partner in enabling clients to meet their business goals through the delivery of critical technology, services and solutions that support a thriving modern workforce and drive better business outcomes.
Currently, Matt oversees e360’s internal IT operations management; business operations management including human resources, finance, accounting and legal; leveraging his project management skills and training to ensure overall operations excellence. This has contributed to the e360 team being awarded many industry-leading distinctions including Citrix Platinum Plus Partner; Cisco Gold Partner; Microsoft Gold Partner; VMware Principal Partner; HPE Platinum Partner; NetApp Gold Partner; AWS Advanced; Google Premier Partner; Azure Managed Account Gold; Red Hat Advanced Partner; and Veeam Platinum Partner.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys road and mountain biking, continuing to enhance his technical and computer skills, and is always striving toward a sustainable lifestyle.

Adam Bolio joined e360 in 2020 as Executive Vice President for the company’s Cyber Risk Services Division.
Adam brings more than 22 years of experience in security and project management specialties including the design, management, execution and assessment of cyber security programs, to his role at e360. He is focused on and committed to providing clients with solutions and programs that better align security investments with risk priorities, establish improved threat awareness and visibility, and strengthen the ability of organizations to thrive in the face of cyber incidents. Additionally, he assists organizations in gaining the confidence they need to leverage advanced technologies to achieve their strategic growth, innovation and performance objectives through proactive management of cyber risks.
During his career, Adam has advised and implemented cyber strategies and technologies in the national security, technology and healthcare communities. He received the Department of Homeland Security Information System Security Officer of the Year and is a veteran of the United States Navy SEALs. He is member of the Advisory Board for California State University’s Master’s Degree program in Cyber Security. He also contributes to veterans’ initiatives, from supporting disabled veteran events to career counselling and mentoring through the American Corporate Partner’s program.

Ian Fasack joined e360’s San Diego regional office as Vice President in January 2020. Bringing nearly two decades of technology sales and consulting experience to e360, Ian is responsible for expanding the company’s business across the southwest region the includes San Diego, Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Colorado.
As an early founder for another consulting firm, Ian was attracted to e360 due to its size, growth potential and the expansive skillset of the team. The collaborative, friendly and team-oriented culture built on servant leadership was also an important factor in Ian’s decision to grow the company.
In his current role as regional vice president, Ian currently oversees inside sales, engineering, business development, and strategy.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children – he is a proud dad to two daughters. Die-hard Lakers fans, they also enjoy tennis and spending time at the beach.

During this time, the industry veteran has earned the trust of countless executive-level decision-makers at Fortune 1000 and large public sector organizations. Christian is passionate about delivering unmatched client experiences and his extraordinary business acumen, keen intuition and C-suite communication style has enabled him to expertly advance the business objective of his clients, with an emphasis on business value and outcomes.
He is an expert in building and mentoring high-performance professional consulting teams and leading-edge technology practices that deliver differentiation, produce exceptional sales results and deliver complex technology solutions across a variety of industries (including state and local government agencies, healthcare, emergency services, financial, manufacturing, entertainment, and hospitality).
Christian joined e360 in December 2021, and currently leads the company’s Modern Infrastructure team which includes data center, networking infrastructure and digital workplace solutions. In this role, he works with his team, and e360’s vendor partners, to help clients quickly address the challenges posed by today’s digital economy and meet their objectives for IT modernization.

Al Solorzano is Vice President for e360’s End User Computing Practice. In this role, he focuses on meeting the end-user computing business requirements of e360’s clients. Leveraging best-of-breed technology solutions, he and his team deliver simplicity and reduce complexity, drive down the cost burden and deliver technology faster, while at the same time promoting mobility and security.
With 20 years of experience, Al is recognized throughout the industry as a leading expert in application and desktop virtualization. Since joining Entisy360 since 2005, Al has helped to instill his work ethic and approach to technology throughout the organization. He has participated in many vendor technical advisory boards and always makes sure to bring in the client viewpoint whenever possible. During his tenure with e360, Al has also helped to architect and deploy application and desktop virtualization solutions from enterprise-level organizations of 30,000+ users down to small businesses with less than 10 employees.
Over the years, Al and his team have won multiple awards from vendors and partners including Cisco, Citrix, Nutanix and NVIDIA. Most recently, the team was recognized by Citrix as its “CSA Partner of the Year” for 2017, and in 2015 they were awarded “North America Partner of the Year” by Citrix.
Al has lived in Southern California his entire life, with the exception of a stint in Northern California for his college years at the University of California, Davis. In his spare time, he enjoys working out with Beachbody P90x videos, golfing, woodworking and being with his wife and three children. He based in e360’s Irvine, Calif. office.

Kevin Kohn

Kevin Kohn is a seasoned Cloud and DevOps automation architect with more than 20 years of experience in designing, architecting, deploying, and optimizing complex IT solutions for large enterprise organizations. Along with a proven track record for successfully building and managing highly motivated teams and uniting them across who organizational silos to achieve a common purpose, Kevin also has a strong reputation for being a creative thinker who thrives on growing businesses and solving complex problems.
An example of this is Kevin’s ability to align technology services and solutions, including cloud computing, DevOps, automation, modern infrastructure, and process improvement, with business goals and objectives is inclusive of identifying existing data and process assets to help organizations gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Kevin joined e360 in July 2021 and was drawn to the company due to its strong reputation for exceptional client service and leadership in the development and modernization of IT delivery models. Since that time has been working with the organization’s leadership team to combine the cloud and DevOps practices, including adding new clients and expanding existing accounts by providing clients with premier cloud adoption capabilities across FinOps; automation and cloud platforms, inclusive of AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP); analysis and design; and application modernization.
Prior to joining e360, Kevin was a Regional Vice President at a large solution provider organization where he implemented a new technology practice servicing unique solutions to niche problems for Fortune 100 companies, built and managed a team of strong, cross functional technical talent who designed solutions for the largest tech companies in the world, which ultimate led to closing $130 million in product and services annually.
Kevin is based out of e360’s headquarters in Concord, Calif. In his spare time, he contributes to the Little League organization, where he was responsible for building an umpire program in his region. He is also an avid SCUBA diver, loves snowboarding and dirt biking, and is proud of his ’68 Mustang he restored.
