The Security and Privacy leadership team averages nearly 20 years in cybersecurity and risk management experience. Our team leads a group of senior consultants that hold numerous security and privacy certifications and many are prior chief information security officers (CISO). Much of the team has been working together nearly 15 years.
Since joining the company in 1994, Mike has played a vital role in developing key business partnerships and establishing e360 as an award-winning IT consultancy specializing in the deployment and delivery of advanced IT infrastructure, virtualization, security and cloud first solutions.
Chief Services Officer
Adam has 22+ years of experience covering a broad range of security and project management specialties including the design, management, execution and assessment of cyber security programs. Adam has advised and implemented cyber strategies and technologies in the national security, technology and healthcare communities. He received the Department of Homeland Security Information System Security Officer of the Year and is a veteran of the United States Navy SEALs.
Ronald has been working in the Information Technology industry for more than 32 years, with over 22 years spent dedicated to cybersecurity. As SVP of the Cyber Risk Services Division, Ronald is responsible for the day to day operations of our cybersecurity consulting practice. As e360’s CISO, Ronald is responsible for internal cybersecurity and compliance at e360. Prior to joining e360, Ronald founded and served as the Vice President of the Vulnerability Assessment Division at SAIC. Mr. Hamilton also helped author Visa’s CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) in 2001 which later became PCI DSS.

Brad Bussie is an award winning sixteen-year veteran of the information security industry. He is an author, security strategist, and industry thought leader. He holds an undergraduate degree in information systems security and an MBA in technology management. Brad possesses premier certifications from multiple vendors, including the CISSP from ISC2. He has deep background in cybersecurity, identity/access management, vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance. Brad has spoken at industry events around the globe and has helped commercial, federal, intelligence, and DoD leaders solve complex security challenges.

Robert E. Glaser

Robert Glaser is a sought-after global privacy expert having served as Chief Privacy Officer in global organizations as well as having consulted to client organizations in multiple industries, including Life Science and Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Consumer Products. Robert’s expertise includes enterprise privacy program development and management; governance; risk modeling; remediation planning and execution; policy generation and analysis; cross border data transfer; and human resources, consumer, and health data (including HIPAA Privacy and Security). Robert has led Privacy Incident Response planning and execution services, developed and executed Privacy & Data Protection Practice strategy, acted as a global privacy subject matter expert and recently, prior to joining e360, co-led Deloitte’s efforts for the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Robert routinely provides external presentations to audiences of dozens to several thousand, as well as having had individual meetings with C-Suites and Boards.
