Purchasing Assistant – IT Environment

About the position:
The Purchasing Assistant position requires someone who is a self-starter with the ability to apply their technical knowledge to troubleshoot, resolve, and provide recommendations to best support our sales teams and vendors. The primary focus of this position is to provide industry leading support for our clients, vendors and internal teams with a high level of customer service. Professionalism and a strong ability to communicate is a must. We are looking for a person with a great attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review Product and Service Orders for processing
- Daily Order Monitoring and Auditing
- Recommend solutions to existing processes to reduce waste
- Work in Tandem with other team members and support ongoing projects
- Assist internal teams with specific order requests in a timely manner
- Develop and Grow Rapport with New and Existing Vendors
- Monitoring group email to respond to requests and problems
- Maintain and update existing purchasing reports
- Willingness to be available for Quarterly company and vendor closes (adjusted schedule or overtime for the day, roughly 6 times a year)
- 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- General Purchasing and Accounting knowledge information and background preferred
- Must be able to work in very fast pace environment
- Experience with Connectwise and Varcommerce a plus
- Knowledge of IT equipment a plus

Microsoft Solutions Senior Consultant – REMOTE – (West Coast Hours Mandatory – Western States resident preferred)

The e360 Microsoft Solutions Senior Consultant role is responsible for assessment, planning, design, testing and implementation of Microsoft 365 and on-premises Microsoft related solutions into existing and new environments.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of Microsoft products such as Exchange Online, Azure AD, Active Directory, M365 Security and Compliance, Teams, Endpoint Manager/Mobile Device management. This position requires proficiency in PowerShell, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to communicate with a range of client roles including engineers, IT managers and executives. Although the Microsoft Solutions Senior Consultant role has a primary focus of Microsoft 365, the candidate must be able to perform non-cloud related tasks such as the setup and configuration of Microsoft on-premises technologies including Exchange, Active Directory, Certificate services and Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM). We are looking for a candidate with a good overall knowledge of the Microsoft product stack and possesses refined consulting soft skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand and assess existing client environments
- Perform client-facing interviews to gather business and technical requirements
- Perform cloud migrations including on-premises to cloud, tenant to tenant and third-party to Microsoft cloud migrations

Overview:
The Sr. Security Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting cybersecurity sales, support, and engineering for the e360 Security business. You will be a focal point for our cybersecurity pre-sales, systems integration, and consulting teams.
This role works both independently as well as with other account teams in a pre-sales and consulting capacity to help position consulting, solutions, and services with our customers. The sr. security sales engineer also needs to articulate and demonstrate a broad understanding of multiple security disciplines such as cloud security, governance-risk-compliance, attack surface management, and risk management.
The preferred candidate will have a strong foundation with a passion for teaching cybersecurity program strategies and techniques, as well as technologies, with a willingness to explore emerging technologies through the venture market.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultative security strategist to the CISO, VP of Security, e360 sales leadership, and other key executives
- Provide consultative support of opportunities across all e360 sales teams
- Build and deliver presentations, proposals, and scopes of work to clients with a focus on business outcomes through security solutions
- Build and deliver technical documentation outlining: opportunities, discovered data, and solution recommendations
- Participation in conference calls, onsite visits, and video discussions
- Provide knowledgeable insight on competitive offerings, products, applications, services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends
- Consult with marketing and technical services to strategize on market initiatives
- Confirm that proposed services and/or solutions meet client requirements and assist the account team with technical qualifications during the qualification process
- As relevant, conduct product analysis to assist in the sales cycle
- Develop intellectual property (e.g., whitepapers, deliverable templates, solutions, and case studies)
- Support other regions with presales for areas in which you hold subject matter knowledge
