Brad's Bio

Currently a Senior Consultant at Entisys360. I have been in the IT industry for over 25 years and served in consultative roles for the last 15 years of my career. I specialize in the assessment, design, and implementation of Exchange, O365, Active Directory, and Migration Strategies using multiple vendor tools. I have held various roles including Engineer, Architect, Lead Migration Engineer, and Senior Consultant across several different verticals such as Healthcare, higher education, financial, aviation, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries. The messaging and collaboration environments that I have worked on have ranged in size from a few dozen seats to 30,000+ seats.

Brad's Mission:

In my spare time, I am an avid sports card collector and love the chase of the next big pull. Another interesting fact about me is that I was a professional athlete in 2 different sports in my younger days. I leave it up to you to guess what they were.

Technology Engagements

Enterprise (10000+) Pharmaceutical

Migration Lead responsible for the North American migrations of Major Pharmaceutical company. This was an O365 Tenant to Tenant divestiture, with 2 separate O365 Tenants migrating into 1 New Tenant. He worked with various stake holders (PM’s, Site Leads, and Management) in coordination of all O365 migration activities. The primary responsibilities involved planning, documenting, and delivering of the migration solution.

Large (18000+) Healthcare Provider

This project was an Exchange upgrade project to Exchange 2010. Brad was the primary engineer responsible for the build out of the new Exchange 2010 Server environment, including capacity planning, mailbox migrations, post migration troubleshooting, and sundown of the legacy Exchange environment.

Large (5000+) Aerospace Company

Brad was an Exchange Migration Engineer in this role. He worked on a team that traveled to sites across the US performing workstation domain migrations, server domain migrations, Mailbox migrations, and Outlook reconfigurations. This project included 53 sites with 31 domains.
