• Migrated acquisition from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange leveraging Binary Tree Common Migration Tool for Exchange (CMTe).
• Transitioned customer application development environment from NT 4.0 to Windows 2003 R2 and subsequently to Windows 2008 R2. Designed System Center Opalis workflows to automate the requisite DNS changes on the majority of the servers in the application development environment.
• Migrated from VMware 3.5.x to 4.x. Designed System Center Opalis workflows to automate most of the steps of the migration of virtual machines to the new platform.
• Installation of MOM 2005 agents and management packs for Active Directory servers and IP services servers.
• Deployment of MOM management packs to monitor critical infrastructure applications and services, including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SQL, MOM, SMS, etc.

Configuration of a Linux-based mail gateway appliance to use the ADAM instance for SMTP address resolution of Active Directory mail-related attributes for increased security.
