Marc's Bio

Marc has always been interested in technology and has been in the IT Field since 1998. He started studying Microsoft Technologies at Quickstart Technologies in Brea, California. He then got his first job as a desktop support role at Nature’s Bounty, Inc in 1999. After he joined the corporate world where he quickly advanced to the position of Jr. Network Administrator, he was then promoted to Sr. Microsoft Active Directory Engineer.

Marc spent time traveling the US and Europe for Nature’s Bounty as a part of the Active Directory merger and acquisition team. Wanting to leverage his knowledge and experience to help others, he joined vCore Technology Partners as a Sr. Microsoft Cloud Engineer focusing on Identity and Microsoft 365 Solutions. His primary focus was around Digital Workspace and End User Compute. He then moved on from vCore Technology Partners to Network Capital Funding where he took on the role of Sr. Microsoft Solutions Architect. Marc played a huge role in a 100% complete digital transformation to the cloud leaving zero infrastructure in place.

He believes technology is a vast and rapidly evolving field with countless opportunities for learning and innovation. Marc joined e360 in September 2023 and is currently a Senior Consultant in our Digital Workplace practice. Marc is so excited to bring his technology expertise to e360 to help contribute to its growth and success.

Small (1-50) Legal, Manufacturing, Financial, Consulting, Heavy Hauling

All these small-medium sized businesses were migrated to Microsoft 365 from either Google Workspace or M365 on GoDaddy for security or compliance reasons. These migrations leveraged the Microsoft 365 Business Premium license. This included Exchange Servers, SharePoint Servers, File Servers, Print Servers from OnPrem to the cloud.

Medium-Large (1000-5000) Pharmaceutical, Financial, Health Services, Oil & Gas, Construction

Managed Service Provider with multiple Enterprise level (over 1,500 end users) accounts for their Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and hybrid technologies. Designed and implemented Cybersecurity solutions around Microsoft Defender. Each customer has a diverse portfolio of different Microsoft Technologies that I support.

Medium-Large (1000-5000) Financial Services

Infrastructure Lead for the Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions Team. Modern Workplace & Cybersecurity are my primary job duties that continue to evolve each day. We leverage the Microsoft 365 E5

Subscription which allows us to have all the latest and greatest solutions across the board. I was a huge part of the ‘Digital Transformation’ around security which included the entire Microsoft 365 Defender Security echo system. I am part of a team that supports hundreds of end users across the US only. This business is in the financial institution sector.

Large (5000+) Manufacturing

Lead Active Directory Domain Services technologies globally from designing, implementing, and maintaining 12 different AD forests. Supporting over 12,320 Users to date around the world. Top-tier 1 support for multiple geographical locations throughout the world, as well as traveling the world to see each building.

I have managed and implemented over 14 acquisitions into our production AD infrastructure, which includes over 837 servers, 13,205 users, and 4,620 workstations. Integrated Active Directory Federation Services (Single Sign-On) with over '37' different cloud-based SaaS applications which include some high-end partners: O365, Oracle (9 different suites), Amazon Web Services, Service-Now, Salesforce, SmartRecruiters, Cisco, etc..

Directed various projects throughout the years, being hands-on during the projects. Latest Projects Completed: Replaced 37 Domain Controllers with Windows Server 2016, upgraded the ADFS Federation Farm from ADFS 3.0 to ADFS 2016 with HA, designed and implemented multiple AD forests for our UK Divisions new infrastructure. As you can see the list can go on, but being with the company for 18+ years, I am well-rounded in technology.
