Migrated from Cisco ASA to Fortigate Firewalls for acustomer. Also redesigned their network, implemented redundancy/failover for multiple AWS and site-to-site VPN tunnels and implemented WCCP for DLP(data loss prevention) services. Customer had a complex network that was simplified using a combination of BGP for the AWS tunnels and static routing for their site to site tunnels that provided the customer full redundancy. Upgraded a customer's Palo Alto firewalls and moved the customer to a new data center. This consisted of implementing the same policies they had and working with network engineers to migrate the routing and IP addresses from one data center to the other, while maintaining connectivity the entire time. Migrated from Cisco Wireless Access Points to Aruba Access points using Aruba Central and not having dedicated controllers. Customer had Clearpass for Authentication and wanted old systems and new systems to work simultaneously. Implemented all new SSIDs, security profiles and built Aruba Central Groups and Sites and configured all new Access Points for Aruba Central AOS 10

Used Palo Alto expedition to migrate customer from cisco ASA firewall to Palo Alto firewalls. Created new policies to accommodate new ISP's and configured full redundancy with path monitoring. Worked through Site to Site VPN tunnel issues with customer tunnels that were using legacy protocols

Migrated routing from Internal Core network to Palo Alto Firewalls. Removed all routing from customer core network and created LAGs on both Cisco Nexus 9K and Palo Alto Firewalls to provide complete redundancy from the core network to the firewalls. Migrated the L3 gateway from the core devices that were using HSRP to the Palo Alto Firewall. Modified necessary NAT and security policies and also Isolated the management network and created rules for access to the management of network devices.
