TJ's Bio

TJ Sheldon is currently a senior delivery consultant with the Digital Workplace team at e360. He has been in in the IT industry for 18 years. TJ specializes in Microsoft technologies mainly focusing on Exchange, Security, and Endpoint Management.

He has led various teams in the design, planning, and implementation of new installs and upgrades of Exchange and migrations to Microsoft 365, as well as the design and implementation of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Intune.

Technical Engagements

Enterprise (7000+) Healthcare

Designed and implemented ground up build of datacenter with both physical and cloud solutions including the following: Implementation of Netapp HCI, VMWare, Netapp AFF, Veeam, Cisco Nexus core switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, 193 core servers utilizing Microsoft Server 2016 and Microsoft Server 2019, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016. Designed and implemented Microsoft 365 solutions including, Intune Co-managed with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint,

Defender for Identity, Exchange online, Teams, Azure AD Hybrid configuration utilizing Azure AD Connect, and Azure Enterprise applications.

Enterprise (40,000+) Restaurant

Worked with IT team to implement usernames and email addresses for 6,000 users while integrating them into Okta, Office 365, and other restaurant management systems. Was also able to keep all historical emails and email addresses in place by converting previously shared identities into shared mailboxes and delegating permissions to the users that needed access to the historical information.

Medium (500+) Banking

Performed complex mail migration that included 20+ batches and the need for coexistence and sharing between On premises Exchange and Exchange Online. This also included moving from one email security provider to another. This migration was performed with no downtime and no loss of email.

Enterprise (40,000+) Restaurant

Integrated an acquisition of a restaurant system that contained 190 restaurants, Workstations, iPads, Servers, Phone systems, and an employee management system. Deployed Intune to manage corporate Owned iPads, and to deploy business critical applications while maintaining corporate security. This included many device profiles, compliance policies, Apple business manager, and many configuration profiles.

Enterprise (20,000+) Healthcare

Migrated 4,000 user and groups from one Active Directory environment to another including SID history. This allowed the users to utilize their new identity while accessing the environment that had not been migrated fully. I also worked with the various application owners and the IT department to determine what servers and applications were in scope for the project and helped build a plan to get those items migrated.
